Cash on Delivery:By cash on delivery payment please make sure you keep enough cash with you so you can pay directly to the deliveryman. Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

How can I track my order?
Promotional and Discount Codes
First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a Discount Code field on the right hand side of the page under the products in your cart. Enter your code there and hit apply to see the price drop reflected.
What can I do if the discount code or gift card isn't work?
First, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
What is our return policy?
While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn / unwashed items within within the 14 days of receipt.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Regina’s Desire Swimwear’s discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Regina’s Desire cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. Please note we're not offering free return shipping labels at this time.
The cost of returning the product and the shipping cost of the replacement is payed by the customer.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items purchased past the 14 day return policy.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
- Original shipping and handling fees.
What if my item is damaged?
Regina’s Desire Swimwear guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect as long as you follow your care instructions. Regina’s Desire Swimwear’s suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us on the same day as receiving your merchandise or latest next day and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.
Please contact us at email@example.com and in your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue
Only in this case do we undertake to replace the product at no cost.
If the damage occurred during transport, please contact the current courier service.
What is a refund?
If you choose to return the product, we offer several options.
First, you can choose a different size, color, or even a different style of swimsuit from the reginasdesire.com website in terms of the value of the swimsuit returned.
If you do not want to use this option, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount of the returned product, which you can use at any time in our webshop.
Please note that the Credit can only be used once for the full amount. We are unable to pay the remaining amount.

How do I care for my Regina’s Desire Bikini?
To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.
Regina’s Desire Swiwmear are made with the highest Italian quality fabrics and Czech crystals. To keep your swimwear in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.
- Handwash with a mild detergent in cold water only
- Hang dry in the shade
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
- Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
To extend the life of your Regina’s Desire Bikini we recommend rinsing immediately after use. Regina’s Desire Swimwear does not take back wash or worn items.
What are Regina’s Desire Swimwear made of?
We use only high quality WATERPROOF Czech Crystals & Swarovski Elements & Italian LYCRA® fabrics by the suits, so you can wear.

If there is any item that you would like to order, but it is out of stock please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you when it becomes available again.
